How do you speak to a live agent at shop in Bucharest?

Hello!

You can't speak with an agent from a shop while abroad (it's not needed). I think you want to say you need to contact the Call Center. You need to have the roaming service active and you have two options: by credit (recharge with some Euros) or by the 12E or 16E option.

If you can acces your account on MyOrange, you can activate there the roaming.

You have a subscription or you are on prepaid?

A barred number can occur from different reasons, and its dependable if you are having a subscription or prepaid sim card.

Hi Anca,

Did not use roaming at all as I am not a large talker.

Just trying to get the card activated or ported into a small abo so this problem does not occur again.
