Purchase eSIM with Passport ID from aboard

Hello to all

I have created MyOrange account but it is not possible to add my non Romania Passport.

So, i would like to ask how to Purchase eSIM without ID and use my Passport via web?

Hello!

A valid passport should normally be accepted for foreign customers. If My Orange does not allow you to add your passport, I recommend contacting Orange Customer Support or visiting an Orange shop, where they can verify your identity and help you purchase and activate the eSIM.

I have already contact Orange Customer Support but because i am from aboard never call back.

Only say that your request will be proceed in 1-2 days. The real problem is that i can not find an email in order to make the request there.

Have you tried using the Djingo chat in the My Orange app?

Djingo chat  is only in Romania language not in English.

So, it isn't possible to understand from my side.....

Just use Google Translate for that chat; I think it can help.

Try using the chat feature in the My Orange app. Ask to be connected to a live customer support agent and explain the issue you're experiencing.

If you have an Orange subscription based on your passport and Romanian residence permit, you can add your details in My Orange as follows:

• In the CNP field, enter the passport series followed by a zero (0).
• For the ID series and number, we recommend noting the first letter of your last name, the first letter of your first name, and the passport series.

An eSIM Prepay can be purchased online from the Orange online store without logging into an account. ( https://www.orange.ro/magazin-online/adaugat-la-cos  )
An Orange subscription with an eSIM can only be activated in an Orange store, based on your passport and residence permit.

Daca detii un abonament Orange in baza pasaportului si a permisului de sedere romanesc, poti adauga datele in My Orange astfel: 

-in campul pentru CNP se introduce seria pasaportului si apoi 0,

- iar la seria si numarul de buletin iti recomandam sa notezi prima litera de la nume + prima litera de la prenume + seria de la pasaport.
Poti cumpara un eSIM Prepay  online din magazinul online Orange fara a te loga in cont. ( https://www.orange.ro/magazin-online/adaugat-la-cos )
Un abonament Orange cu eSIM il poti activa doar intr-un magazin Orange in baza pasaportului si a permisului de sedere.

Hello

No  i don't have any existing contract with Orange.

It is a new contract with eSIM. The passport is from Aboard and in the Modifica CNP/Pasaport field doesn't accept it.

Please could you advice me how to purchase a new eSIM?
