[Încheiat] Roaming doesn't work with 10e roming

Last 2 months, roaming doesn't work for me. All looks good. All settings are good. Roaming active, but doesn't work for me. Sadly, i must change mobile operator.
What generally can be a problem? Was try everything.

Fair usage policy? In Romania, the FUP is verified for the last 4 months (more usage in the country than in EES). And is automatic verified.

De cat timp esti in roaming? In ce tara? La ce te referi prin "nu merge"? Ce anume nu functioneaza? Ideea e ca daca esti de mai mult de cateva luni in roaming, nu mai poti folosi din resursele disponibile in extraoptiune, si va trebui sa folosesti din credit. EN: How long have you been in roaming? What do you mean by "doesn't work"? What exactly doesn't work? The idea is that, if you've been for a few months in roaming, you won't be able to use the resources available with that option, and you'll have to use credit.

I think, thats it. Im use sse in eu last 1 year. Nut now, wirh active option my roaming doesnt work. Jist not work in any eu country. Look when i checking my rest credit. Everything looks fine. Im now in Hungary. Sse active. 8gb roaming Sadly, i must change to Vodafone.

Yeah, looks like you've reached the fair-use policy. After couple of months, the only way to use roaming, is from credit.

Update mai 2022 (DanielaH Moderator) - opțiunea de 10 euro disponibilă în My Orange a fost eliminată din portofoliu.
