Paid my subscription from orange app

I have paid my monthly subscription from orange app but after payment confirmation orange app still show my due amount which i already paid.can

Do you have the latest version of the application installed? Does it look the same in the web version?

Hi! Sometimes it can take a few hours for the payment to go through. If it doesn’t, you can contact them via the in-app chat and attach photos of your payment.
