Cost suplimentar for FORWARDTV2/Filmable

Hello, i have an additional cost on my Orange bill for something I haven't subscribed to. I received an SMS with the message:Plata in valoare de 3.00 euro prin FORWARDTV2 a fost efectuata cu succes. Iti multumim. And Plata in valoare de 3.00 euro prin Filmable a fost efectuata cu succes. Iti multumim.

Although i have not subscribe this feature now they are charging me 6 euros extra how can i unsubscribe this feature. I have been scammed by this so called cost suplimentar. Now i don't i want to use orange postpaid sim but i still have 14/15 month subscription left. Anyone please help me how to change my sim postpaid to prepaid.

You can unsubscribe from the premium service Forward TV by sending an SMS to 3748 (from the same number you used to subscribe) with the text STOP Filmable

You have successfully unsubscribed from the service if you have received an SMS confirming this.

You can also unsubscribe by calling the customer service line at 031 826 2750 and following the instructions provided.

However, if you received discounts when signing the contract, you will likely have to pay penalties. Try to text STOP FORWARD TV at 3748. Below you have a link with many short numbers.

And it's not a scam. Orange is just a third party which bills the user in behalf of a service provider.

If you want to cancel you postpaid, you should go to an Orange Shop (or Store) and talk to an agent. There maybe some cancelation taxes to be paid if you want to terminate the contract before the minimum period.

It also just happened to me since last week. I am curious if you managed to unsuscribe from it because for me it does not work with STOP FORWARD TV sms.

• Mulțumesc! Am sunat la Orange și am rezolvat. Mi-au dat un număr de telefon de la Filmable pentru a cere dezabonarea. Foarte nepoliticoasă doamna de la Filmable. A ridicat tonul la mine foarte nervoasă după ce am solicitat dezabonarea și am întrebat-o cum se poate abona cineva pe Filmable. Este clar ca nu am fost prima pățită și era sătulă de atâtea solicitări. Am 32 de ani, sunt om de marketing si sunt absolut sigură ca stiu cu ce se mănâncă internetul și nu m-aș fi abonat niciodată la ceva fara sa imi dau seama. Aceasta colaborare nu va face cinste, Orange. Mulțumesc frumos oricum pentru restituirea banilor pe care cei de la Filmable mi i-au luat fără acceptul meu sau cine știe prin ce metode. O zi bună!

Bună! Dvs. ați primit banii înapoi de la Orange? Mi s-a întâmplat același lucru, și au refuzat. Sau probabil trebuie sa contactez aceste "platforme"

am un internet prin cartela pe un router si nu inteleg cine sa abonat fara acordul meu sau cum poti face aste printr-un router wifi ?

Am contactat filmable sa le cer dovada ca m-am abonat si mi-au dat o dovada pentru iphone cand nr respectiv e pe android. Apoi nu au mai raspuns. Am sunat la Orange si am cerut sa reziliez contractul, nu vreau sa am numarul pe o retea ce sprijina inselatoria. Au zis ca ma suna de la rezilieri in 5 zile. Asta acum 7 zile. Complet neseriosi si neprofesionisti, bye bye Orange.
