[Rezolvat] Butonul consum a fost inlocuit de butonul magazin - utilizator Prepay

In plus nu mai regasesc nicaieri butonul consum si nici vreo alta posibilitate de a vedea consumul in aplicatie. In varianta web pot vedea cronos dar nu in sectiunea Consum si Facturi ci doar in Sumar, in aplicatie insa pare ca devenit imposibil. Am dezinstalat si instalat aplicatia, fara rezultat. Este foarte deranjant daca o sa ramana in acest fel, este un bug ori e o schimbare intentionata ?

Can you check if the “Consum” button appears on iPhone, as shown in the image below.

 

 

 If you can’t see it, try reinstalling the app.

Hello @Rinz and welcome to Orange community. 

The “Consum” tab is still available; it hasn’t been hidden. You just need touch the first line tabs and swipe from right to left when you open the app, and it should appear. If it doesn’t, please try the following:

1.Update or reinstall the My Orange app, if possible.

2.If you have already done this and you are using an Android device, please clear the app’s data and cache from the app settings.
