Dear why is it not possible to install the application outside Romania on the Play Store?

I don't know for sure, but the app may be restricted by geography.

Try using your computer's browser with a VPN to Romania to go to Play Store, then select the app and to install it directly to your phone. If I'm not mistaken, that should allow you to install it properly.

You could also use a third party service like apkmirror to search and download the apk. I know I've done that in the past, though I cannot recommend it since there's no official support for this approach. 🙂

I have already tried that, but I received the message: 'This app is not available for any of your devices.' This is not possible because I am using a Samsung S23 Ultra.

Hello, The My Orange account can also be accessed via a web browser. Do you specifically require the My Orange application?

As Trixen also mentioned, in order to install the app you would need to install it from unknown sources. Alternatively, if someone you know has a similar device and already has the app installed, you can ask them to send you the APK using an APK extractor application.
