This is a community of users, not so much Orange employees. So...nobody but Orange can give you an exact answer.
However, what you can do is call 300 from Orange network, or 0374 300 300 (from any national network), and ask about this. Also, you can just go back to the store and see if they have any news on that. Or advise how you could get an update on the situation. But I'm assuming it might take a little while longer.
If they already sent the money, they could also provide an ARN number you can forward to your bank for further investigation.
