      <description>Dupa ce am dezactivat YOXO si am revenit la prepay nu-mi mai functioneaza *100#. Imi zice "Serviciul este indisponibil. Pentru informatii despre contul tau Yoxo te rugam sa accesezi Yoxo Messenger din aplicatia dedicata.". Cum pot rezolva aceasta problema? Au trecut 6 zile de la dezactivarea YOXO.</description>

      <description>Luna trecuta, am renuntat si eu la un abonament YOXO,iar numarul l-am trecut pe prepay. Din primul minut, de cand am trecut numarul pe prepay, imi functiona *100#, *133#,etc fara problema.</description>

      <description>Cel mai probabil trebuie resetat ceva pe cont si refacuta asocierea numarului de telefon cu serviciul SelfCare dat fiind faptul ca ai fost schimbata platforma, din post-pay in pre-pay.
Si in cazul abonamentelor, in momentul in care sunt efectuate modificari pe cont (aka repozitionari) trebuie refacute legaturile dintre numarul de telefon serviciile de Cloud, TV Go, MyOrange, etc.</description>
