      <title>Reclamatii departament tehnic si customer service</title>

      <description>Unde pot face o reclamatie fata de personal din cadrul departamentelor tehnic si customer service ? Asta inainte se a face o reclamatie OPC. &lt;BR /&gt;Pe scurt, blocul in care locuiesc apare in sistemul orange ca avand FTTH, adresa si apartamentul apare ca eligibil pentru tv si internet, dar totusi persoana care a venit sa monteze nu avea chef de munca si m a aburit ca revine cu rezolvarea ulterior pentru ca ar fi o lucrare de durata si in ziua respectiva nu are timp, iar dupa cateva zile fara nici o veste , de la 300 , un consultat imi spune ca adresa nu mai este eligibila.&lt;BR /&gt;Va multumesc anticipat !</description>

      <description>Am trimis, si mi-au dat termen de solutionare 30 zile lucratoare. Nu pot sta 30 de zile fara internet in special, si fara tv.</description>

      <description>@Razvan, am facut contract, adresa este elegibila, blocul in care stau are FTTH Orange singurul de pe strada,, am vecini cu pachet love montat , dar a venit sa monteze un lenes, care vizibil nu avea chef de munca , mi-a zis ca dureaza sa trava fibra din subsol pana la mine, si ca are si alte programari de care trebuie sa se ocupe, si ca revine in zilele urmatoare. Dupa 5 zile de nici o veste , acum adresa apare ca nefiind eligibila pt net si tv. Adica asta a dat lenesul ca rezolutie la vizita facuta .</description>

      <description>@Razvan, este fix 1 port disponibil. Nu este vointa in a verfica si a veni la fata locului. Am print screen si conversatiile inregistrate care atesta tot ce am scris aici</description>
