      <description>&lt;P&gt;Daca discutam despre restrictia rezultata ca neplata a facturii, atunci colegii mei au raspuns deja.&lt;BR /&gt;Daca insa te referi la restrictia de consum in roaming (cand ti se opreste accesul la date mobile atunci cand atingi un anumit prag), atunci ori astepti pana la urmatoarea data de facturare, ori iei legatura direct cu Orange si soliciti ridicarea restrictiei. Aceasta e pusa pentru a te proteja de costurile foarte mari care pot aparea rapid in roaming. Au fost cazuri cu persoane ce aveau de plata sute de euro pentru cateva minute de naviagare pe net.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
