Cancel Orange Contract from abroad

Hello, unfortunately I can only write in English. I was living in Bucharest for some years, but in July we had to move to another country. We used Orange in our home in Pipera for Internet and TV, when we left we had a lot of work with the moving, and no time to go to Orange to cancel the contract, so I still have the contract. I would like to cancel the contract now. Does somebody know how I could cancel the contract from abroad ? Is there any possibility to send them an email or an online form for that purpose ?

Hello Franz. You must know there are some equipaments (router, maybe one CI+ card used for TV, or other media-converter) that must be shipped to the Orange's headqarters or warehouse. More details you'll find from Orange after you obtain the resolution related to the breakup clauses. We wait for your advice after these steps. Good luck.
